History

Our production plants, strategically located in Plattsburg, New York, and Montreal, Quebec, opened in 1996.

In 1998 we enlarged our Montreal plant to its current size. Our Plattsburg and Montreal plants now offer a combined area of 131 000 square feet of production space.

In 1999 we began designing our own closures to fit our stock bottles and tottles.

In 2002 we entered the European market by offering our services and expertise in Germany.

In 2004 we began molding many of our stock closures in-house.

In 2005 we began adding fully electric and electric hybrid machinery to both our Plattsburg and Montreal plants. (See the Equipment page for more information on our machinery.)

In 2009 we started molding our 2-colour closures in-house.

In 2010 we added new injection machines to our growing cap manufacturing department.

In 2011 we pursued our strategy of product diversification by offering the PET bottle.

In 2012 we started the process of manufacturing PET pre-forms and implemented improvements to the ISO quality control system.
